A new restaurant is coming to 30th ave and 47th street on the same block as the great new French place, Bistro Les Minots. Construction is under way now and I am told the finish date is scheduled for mid May. I am also told there will be plenty of sidewalk seating for relaxing outside just in time for summer. This is more proof that 30th ave in the 40′s is really coming up in the ranks.

Wow, this place is truly VERY BIG! It happens to be a very nice apartment as well. The Hardwood floors are beautiful and the high ceilings make this spacious apartment look even bigger. There is a totally separate eat-in kitchen that you can easily fit a good sized table in. The living room is enormous and the bedrooms are both king sized. You will love this place!
Unfortunately, I do not have pics yet because the current tenant is moving now and there are boxes everywhere.
I almost forgot to mention the incredible location of this place, 36th Street and Astoria Blvd (South). Walk only 5 minutes or less to the N, W train at Astoria Blvd. Close proximity to 30th Ave cafes, NY Sportsclub, shopping, and much more.
