A new restaurant is coming to 30th ave and 47th street on the same block as the great new French place, Bistro Les Minots. Construction is under way now and I am told the finish date is scheduled for mid May. I am also told there will be plenty of sidewalk seating for relaxing outside just in time for summer. This is more proof that 30th ave in the 40′s is really coming up in the ranks.
